
苏鹏羽(1992-),女,博士/博士后,讲师,硕士生导师。吉林大学博士,重庆大学博士后。
研究方向:长期从事纳米功能材料的制备与应用,主要研究方向包括钙钛矿太阳能电池、钙钛矿发光二极管。研究内容涵盖纳米材料制备、器件设计,先进表征,研究领域涉及半导体物理学、化学、材料学多学科交叉。
基于平面钙钛矿太阳能电池的界面调控;基于无甲胺钙钛矿太阳能电池的功能层优化;基于无甲胺Dion-Jacobson型准二维钙钛矿太阳能电池的界面调控及功能层优化;基于CsPbBr3纳米晶体的钙钛矿发光二极管。近年来,主持相关省部级科研项目2项。发表学术论文30余篇,出版专著1部。
为本科生、研究生主讲《电磁学实验》,《大学物理》和《大学物理实验》课程,指导物理学与电子相关专业的毕业论文。指导学生参加“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛、重庆市大学生物理创新竞赛。
